Exchanges (if applicable)

SIZE ISSUE: PRODUCT DELIVERED IS BIG/SMALL IN SIZE? WANT A BIGGER/SMALLER SIZE?

· We want you to love what you ordered, but if something isn't right, let us know by dropping us a a mail at "care.markkahstudio@gmail.com".

· You may exchange the merchandise for another size, please mail us on the above mentioned email about the required size and we will get back to you.

· You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, once the item is received on our end, we will send you the requested size (after a complete quality check of received product from the client).

· For Exchanges, the product should be unused/unworn; request should be raised within 3 days of delivery and product should be shipped within 10 days. 

· If a piece is exchanged once, it cannot be exchanged the second time.

· Size change is subject to availability of the product; in case the required size is not available, you can return it against credit note.

The product will go through a quality check and you will be informed of the same. We will generate a Store Credit for you of the same amount which can be used for any further purchases with us in the future.

· You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, once the item is received on our end, we will send you the requested size (after a complete quality check of received product from the client).

· As soon as we get the product back and it goes through the procedure of quality check, We will provide a Store Credit - We add amount equal to the product value to your Store Credit . You can use this credit amount when you reach the cart/payment page of the website during your next purchase with us. Please note: We do not provide cash refund.

· Store Credit will be issued within 24-48 hours of receiving the product back. Store Credit validity is 6 months from the date of issue.
